Free Shipping on all order until June 22!
At Howling Heights Pet Supplies, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. We do our best to ship orders the same day they're placed. Orders are processed within 2 business days maximum, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates We offer the following shipping options for orders within Canada:
- Free Shipping on orders over $59 CAD (excludes remote areas)
- Flat Rate $10 CAD on orders under $59 to most areas across Canada
- Remote Areas: Shipping to remote locations is calculated at carrier rates at checkout and is excluded from flat rate and free shipping offers
Delivery Times Delivery typically takes 2 days with a max of 5 business days after your order ships. Remote areas may experience extended delivery times. Please note that holidays may also impact processing and delivery timelines.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@howlingheights.ca — we'll do our best to make corrections before your order ships.
Undeliverable Orders Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information may be subject to a restocking fee.
Lost or Stolen Packages Howling Heights Pet Supplies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows a delivered status but you haven't received your order, please report it to your local authorities.
Returns Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be unopened and unused.
Import Duties & Taxes Any applicable import duties or taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer and are due upon arrival in the destination country.
